It started over 30 years ago when my mom, Lucille Sindelar found a recipe for glazed pecans to make as Christmas gifts. The pecans were a HIT! Three years ago I decided to open a commercial kitchen to make these wonderful pecans for everyone to enjoy. We added Bissinger's Milk and Dark Chocolate & Sesame Seeds to create 4 flavors of Toffee Glazed Pecans. Maureen joined our team to help cook and since she had celiac disease, she noticed that our products were GLUTEN FREE. She educated us a bit and I did some research on my own and we found a HUGE need for Gluten Free products in the Greater St. Louis area. Sooooo, our goal is to fill that need. But, not just for Gluten Free foods, but for GREAT Gluten Free foods that everyone would enjoy.
